Use of Information
CRL may use the Information to provide you with communications regarding CRL and any business or individuals linked with CRL, for example, without limitation to send you a publication or newsletter, email, letter, fax or text promoting CRL, health and safety and other risk management information.

Transfer of Information
Third parties will host and develop the Website on behalf of CRL and will therefore have access to the Information. Such access will however be strictly controlled under a written contract between CRL and the relevant third party and the third party will not be authorised to in any way use the Information for any purpose other than carrying out their contractual obligations to CRL. CRL cannot be responsible for the privacy policies and practices of other websites even if you access them using links from the Website and CRL recommends that you check the privacy policy of each site you visit.
Your Rights
Under the Data Protection Act 1998 you are entitled on the payment of a fee and following you providing sufficient details, if you so request, to be given from CRL a description of all personal data CRL hold about you, the purposes for which this is being processed and the recipients to whom this may be disclosed. Applicable Law
This Agreement is governed and construed in accordance with English law. You and CRL each submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to disputes arising out of this Agreement.
